Refund and Returns Policy
General Refund Policy for Online Event Tickets
Thank you for purchasing tickets to our event. Please review the following refund policy before completing your purchase:
Refund Eligibility
- All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a ticket has been purchased.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by contacting us at least 48 hours before the event.
- Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
- If the organizer cancels the event, guests will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
- If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Guests unable to attend may request a refund within 7 days of the reschedule announcement.
No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to attend the event without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.
